Tonya is a native of Statesville, NC, and is an alumna of North Iredell High School, Class of 1981. She took courses in business management and studied nursing at Catawba Valley Community College in Hickory, NC. She worked at Davis Hospital in Statesville, NC for several years before working at the Law Office of Mattox, Mallory, and Davidson for four years as a legal assistant. When Mr. Davidson started his own practice in 2005, Tonya decided to join him. In 2006, she became a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal.

 

Tonya is married to Joe Dan Bailey and has two sons. She enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with her family.
